Hard of hearing stand-up comedian D.J. Demers shoots the breeze with friends, both old and new.
He's bad at hearing, but great at listening.
My old pal Robby Hoffman stops by for a nice little chat. She is an excellent stand-up and a comedy writer, most recently for the Chris Gethard Show in NYC. She grew up with 9 siblings and a hard of hearing Mom, so she has some unique insight into the deaf experience. She's the best!
Zack Bornstein is a stand-up comedian, writer, and director. He has worked for Saturday Night Live and Jimmy Kimmel Live. We talked until we both admitted we had to pee very badly and wrapped it up. It was a really fun chat.
It's my birthday and my good pal, Francisco Ramos, stopped by my apartment to help me celebrate. Life is good, baby!

Annnd we're back! Thanks for stickin' around. My guest this week is Bianca Cristovao. She is a stand-up comic from Czech Republic who has lived in Los Angeles for seven years. Follow her on IG and Twitter @biancacristovao. Hit me up with any feedback @djdemers. I'd love to hear from you!
I chatted with hard of hearing vlogger and YouTuber, Jessica Flores. We have similar hearing losses and it was fun to commiserate and laugh about our shared experiences.
Justin Foster is my first repeat guest! He's a great pal and I love talking to him, so why the hell wouldn't I invite him back? Hope you enjoy.
Darrin Rose, star of Mr. D & Match Game & Video on Trial, stops by my crib in Burbank, California. We had a grand ole time.
Ryan Bondy is the star of the Book of Mormon and also one of my lifelong best friends. We spoke over the phone from Burbank, California to Melbourne, Australia. Modern technology is a beautiful thing.
I was in New York City for a few days, and Alex stopped by my hotel to have a little chat. We go way back to 2009, when we were a couple of young pups making our way in the Toronto comedy scene. It was awesome to re-connect with this gem of a man.
She's a comedian, a DJ, and an avowed cinephile. She also accurately guessed all of the so-called "lame" music that I love so very much (shout out to Jack Johnson). This week's guest is Nina Tarr!
